哮喘斜纹天蛾及蛱蝶致敏原的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 应用自己研制的斜纹天蛾及蛱蝶变应原给31例哮喘患者做皮肤试验及BSA-ELISA特异性IgE测定,研究两种常见昆虫的致敏性。结果发现哮喘患者斜纹天蛾及蛱蝶的皮肤试验及特异性IgE阳性率均明显高于正常人(P<0.01),其OD指数均值亦明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。提示斜拉天蛾及蛱蝶可能系哮喘致敏原,建议将这两种新发现的昆虫变应原用于哮喘病因学诊断及特异性免疫治疗中。研究还显示哮喘皮肤试验与特异性IgE阳性符合申70%以上,正常对照组无1例特异性IgE阳性,提示皮肤试验与BSA-ELISA均为诊断斜纹天蛾及蛱蝶过敏理想的方法,但后者特异性更强,更安全、可靠。 Intrademal test (ID) and specific IgEassay of Theretra Clotho and Nymphlidae allergensare practised for 31 cases of asthmatic patients and15 cases of controls. The results indicated that thepositive rate on iD and specific IgE assay of asthmatic patients was much more than that of normal controls,and the mean number of specific IgE OD indexwas also much more than that of controls. Therefore, it suggests Theretra Clotho and Npophlidae aLlergens may be asthmatic important cause. We are toadvise the allergic doctors that the developmentalinsects' allergens are used into the etiologic diagno-sts and immunological treatment of asthma. It alsoindicates that the positive coincident rate in the results of iD and specific lgE is over 70%. It indicatesID and BSA-ELISA all are ideal methods in the diagnosis of asthma resulting in Theretra Clotho andNymphlidae. The later is more specific, safe andfaithful.
