促肝细胞生长素对小鼠肝纤维化的影响

THE EFFECT OF PHGT ON LIVER FIBROSIS OF THE MOUSE

用四氯化碳致小鼠肝纤维化，分别用促肝细胞生长素（PHGT）和复方丹参注射液进行实验治疗。结果显示：实验治疗组病理显示肝细胞变性坏死经，胶原纤维形成减少，肝细胞再生显著，和复方丹参注射液组相比，无显著差异；透明质酸检测肝纤维化模型组含量明显高于治疗组，而治疗组和对照组相比，无显著差异（P＞0．05）。提示PHGT有抗肝纤维化作用，PHGT对小鼠肝纤维化作用的影响主要是肝细胞得到较好的保护，减轻CCl4造成的肝细胞损伤，终止肝细胞变性坏死，抑制肝纤维化的启动因素，使肝细胞再生。

This research was done by injecting carbontetriokide into the mouse followed by the control experimental therapy of PHGT and injection of complex priscription red sage root respectively. The results showed: thepathologic degenevative necrosis of hepatocyte in the experimental therapy group was not serious,and the formation ofcollagenous fibres decreased with an obvious increase in theregeneration of hepatocytes. Compared with the control exHyaluronic acid (HA) test showed that the content in themodel group of liver fibrosis was higher than that ill thetherapy group. Comparing the therapy group with the control group (P >0. 05),no obvious difference was found. Insummary,PHGT had inhibitory effects on hepatocellular fibrosis. To hepatocytes of mouse,the major role of PHGT isprotective and decreasing injury that CC14 made, forbidpathologic degenerative necrosis, inhibiting the promoter offibrogenesis and making liver cell regenerate.
