摘要
目的:通过对慢性砷中毒大鼠脊髓神经丝蛋白(NF)的免疫组化观察,研究其脊髓神经元的病理学改变。方法:采用实验组和对照组,分别于大鼠砷中毒35d、3个月、6个月时取材,进行免疫组化研究。结果:中毒35d脊髓内NF免疫反应基本同对照组;中毒3个月脊髓内NF阳性反应强度明显低于对照组;中毒6个月NF阳性反应产物明显减少或消失。结论:实验表明砷中毒可影响NF的合成,且其毒性具有蓄积性。
Objective: The pathological changes of motorneurons were studied by observation of the neuorofilament (NF) of the spinal cords of the rats with chronic arseniasis immunohistochemically. Methods: The rats were divided into experimental group and control group at random and were sampled in 35 days 3 and 6 months with immunohistochemical study. Results: After poisoning, in 35 days the NF postive reaction was not different from control group; in 3 months it was significantly lower and in 6 months was significantly decreased or disappeared. Conclusions: Experiment shows that arseniasis could effect the synthesis of neurofilament protein and the poisoning of arsenic could be stored up. Arsenic could cause direct damages to neuron in spinal cord.
