摘要
目的:建立复方右旋麻黄碱缓释片中扑尔敏的含量测定方法。方法:采用一阶导数双波长法进行测定。结果:供试液浓度在10~30μg/ml范围内与λ1=228.2nm和λ2=258.9nm的一阶导数振幅的差值有良好的线性关系。结论:一阶导数双波长法测定扑尔敏的含量无需分离,方法简便、快速。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the content and uniformity of dosage units of chlorpheniramine maleate in compound pseudoephedrine sustained release tablet. Methods: The first derivative dual wavelength method was employed to determine the content of chlorpheniramine maleate in compound pseudoephedrine sustained release tablet. Results: The concentration of chlorpheniramine maleate within 10 ̄30μg/ml range was linear with ΔD(ΔD=D λ228.2nm -D λ258.9nm ). Mean recovery rate of the method was 101.1% , RSD=1.22%. Conclusions: The sample was assayed directly without any separation. It was a easy, rapid, and accurate test method.
