一阶导数双波长法测定复方右旋麻黄碱缓释片中的扑尔敏含量及其含量均匀度

First Derivative Dual Wavelength Method for Estimation and Uniformity of Dosage Units of Chlorpheniramine Maleate in Compound Pseudoephedrine Sustained Release Tablet

目的：建立复方右旋麻黄碱缓释片中扑尔敏的含量测定方法。方法：采用一阶导数双波长法进行测定。结果：供试液浓度在１０～３０μｇ／ｍｌ范围内与λ１＝２２８．２ｎｍ和λ２＝２５８．９ｎｍ的一阶导数振幅的差值有良好的线性关系。结论：一阶导数双波长法测定扑尔敏的含量无需分离，方法简便、快速。

Objective: To establish a method for determining the content and uniformity of dosage units of chlorpheniramine maleate in compound pseudoephedrine sustained release tablet. Methods: The first derivative dual wavelength method was employed to determine the content of chlorpheniramine maleate in compound pseudoephedrine sustained release tablet. Results: The concentration of chlorpheniramine maleate within 10￣30μg/ml range was linear with ΔD(ΔD=D λ228.2nm -D λ258.9nm ). Mean recovery rate of the method was 101.1% , RSD=1.22%. Conclusions: The sample was assayed directly without any separation. It was a easy, rapid, and accurate test method.
