摘要
目的:观察电刺激对妊娠小鼠胎盘组织形态和血压的影响,探讨电刺激方法制备小鼠妊娠高血压综合征模型的可能性,为妊娠高血压综合征的机制和临床研究提供依据。方法:根据实验目的设立正常对照组、正常妊娠对照组和电激妊娠实验组。观察妊娠高血压模型小鼠胎盘组织形态、小鼠血压的变化。结果:①电激妊娠实验组胎盘绒毛数目减少、结构模糊、萎缩,部分绒毛纤维素样坏死,胎盘绒毛合体滋养细胞结节增多;②电激妊娠实验组孕第15、18天血压分别为(118.61±7.67)mmHg、(119.74±9.44)mmHg,与同期正常妊娠对照组血压(88.99±9.64)mmHg和(90.45±9.66)mmHg相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:模型小鼠胎盘组织学发生明显改变、血压升高,电刺激方法可用于小鼠妊娠高血压综合征模型制备。
Objective : To observe the effect of electrical stimulation on morphology of placental tissues and blood pressure of pregnant mouse model, explore the feasibility of construction of mouse model of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP) by electrical stimulation method, and provide a basis for clinical study of mechanisms of HDCP. Methods: Control group, normal pregnancy group and electrical stimulation pregnancy group were set up according to experimental purpose, the changes of morphology of placental tissues and blood pressure in electrical stimulation pregnancy group were observed. Results : The amount of placental villus decreased, the structure was dim and atrophied, a part of placental villus was fibrinoid necrosis, the amount of nodes in syncytiotrophoblast of placental villus increased ; the blood pressure levels on the fifteenth day and eighteenth day were ( 118.61 ± 7.67 ) mmHg and ( 119. 74 ± 9.44 ) mmHg in electrical stimulation pregnancy group and ( 88.99 ± 9.64) mmHg and ( 90. 45 ± 9. 66) mmHg in normal pregnancy group, there was significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : The histological changes and blood pressure increase can be detected in placental tissues of mouse model, electrical stimulation method can be used to construct mouse model of HDCP.
