摘要
目的：探讨妇科腹腔镜手术采用不同麻醉方法后患者的麻醉效果及安全性。方法：对广州市妇女儿童医疗中心妇婴院区2006年1月～2008年12月150例不同麻醉方法的妇科腹腔镜患者麻醉效果进行回顾性分析。结果：全麻复合硬膜外麻醉组患者的血流动力学指标最平稳。结论：全麻复合硬膜外麻醉安全性高，苏醒快，具有良好的麻醉效果。
Objective： To explore the effects and safety of different anesthesia methods in gynecological laparoscopy. Methods： The effects of different anesthesia methods in 150 cases undergoing gynecological laparoscopy from January 2006 to December 2008 in the hospital were analysed retrospectively. Results： The hemodynamic parameters of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia group were most smooth. Conclusion： General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia is a safety anesthesia method with fast analepsia.
