温肺定喘汤对毛细支气管炎患儿血清总IgE的影响

Effect of warming lung relieving asthma decoction on total serum IgE in infants with bronchiolitis

目的：探讨温肺定喘汤对毛细支气管炎患儿血清总IgE的影响并观察其疗效。方法：将86例2—18个月的毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为温肺定喘汤治疗组（43例）和常规治疗组（43例），常规治疗组仅给予常规治疗；而温肺定喘汤治疗组在常规治疗的基础上，予温肺定喘方温肺散寒，每日1剂，水煎2次，早晚各服1次，共7天。于治疗前和治疗7天后检测血清总IgE水平，并观察两组疗效及症状、体征恢复正常时间。结果：治疗前，毛细支气管炎各组血清总IgE水平均明显高于正常组（P〈0．01）；治疗后，温肺定喘汤治疗组症状和体征恢复正常时间均比常规治疗组为早（P〈0．05），同时血清总IgE水平较常规治疗组显著下降（P〈0．01）。结论：温肺定喘汤组能降低毛细支气管炎患儿血清总IgE水平，在毛细支气管炎的抗炎机制中起重要作用，可缩短病程,对疾病康复有明显促进作用。

Objective： To explore the effect and clinical efficacy of warming lung relieving asthma decoction on total serum IgE in infants with bronchiolitis. Methods： 86 infants aged 2 - 18 months with bronchiolitis were divided into warming lung relieving asthma group （study group, 43 cases） and control group （43 cases）, infants in control group received conventional therapy, while infants in study group received warming lung relieving asthma decoction based on conventional therapy, 1 dose once a day for 7 days. The total levels of serum IgE were detected before and on the seventh day after treatment, the clinical efficacy, symptoms, recovery time of temperature in the two groups were observed. Results： Before treatment, the total level of serum IgE in study group was significantly higher than that in control group （P 〈 0. 01 ） . After treatment, the recovery time of symptoms and signs back to normal state was significantly shorter than that in control group （P 〈 0. 05）, the total level of serum IgE in study group decreased significantly （P 〈 0. O1 ） . Conclusion： Warming lung relieving asthma decoction reduces the total level of serum IgE and shortens the disease course in infants with bronchiolitis, plays an important role in the anti - inflammatory mechanism of bronchiolitis and promotes disease recovery.
