新风胶囊水提取工艺研究

Study on Water Extraction Process of Xinfeng Capsules Emplastrum

目的:优选新风胶囊的最佳水提取工艺。方法:以新风胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量和水溶性浸出物为考察指标,采用正交试验法,对提取过程中浸泡时间、加水量、提取时间3个影响因素进行研究。结果:影响新风胶囊提取的显著因素是加水量。结论:新风胶囊最佳提取工艺为A3B2C1,即浸泡时间0.5h;加水量8倍,6倍,6倍;提取时间2.0h,1.5h,1.5h。

Objective：To optimize and establish the water extraction technology of xinfeng capsules.Methods：The optimum preparation process was investigated by orthogonal test as the astragaloside Ⅳand total mount of dry ointment content index.The chief factors influencing the extraction efficiency were as follows：times of added water,the time of extraction and time of soaking.Results：The times of added water have significant effects on the extraction.Conclusion：The optimum extraction technology was A3 B3 C1.The optimum technical condition：soaked half hour,added 8 times water,cook 2 hours,1.5hours,1.5hours.
