从“治未病”理念探讨病毒性心肌炎的分期防治

Discussion on Prevention and Treatment of Viral Myocarditis from the Theory of "Preventive Treatment"

随着疾病谱的变化,病毒性疾病日益增多。病毒性心肌炎(VMC)成为常见的心脏病病种之一,VMC的防治变的尤为重要。笔者将VMC的防治分成3个阶段:未病阶段,顾护正气,阻邪外侵;已病初期,既病防变,防止疾病的发展与传变;已病后期,防微杜渐,防止病情反复发作而变生他病。通过对VMC各个阶段的防治,减少患者扩张型心肌病、心律失常的发生,保护心功能及改善其生活质量。

Viral diseases are increasing as the change of disease spectrum.Because viral myocarditis is one of the common heart disease,the prevention and treatment is more and more important.The prevention and treatment of viral myocarditis is divided into three phases,first,protection vital-qi,prevent external pernicious influence,second,to prevent the development and transformation of the disease,third,prevent from repeating attack and leading to other disease at last.The purpose of the prevention is to reduce complications of dilated cardiomyopathy and arrhythmia,and then protect cardiac function and improve patients＇ quality of life.
