针刺对糖尿病周围神经病变患者一氧化氮含量的影响

Effects of Acupuncture on Change of Serum Nitric Oxide in Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Patients

目的:观察针刺对糖尿病周围神经病变患者一氧化氮含量的影响,探讨针刺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变可能的作用途径。方法:将DPN患者随机分为针刺组和药物组,进行前瞻性研究。两组在药物控制血糖的基础上,针刺组采用针刺治疗,药物组采用口服甲钴胺治疗,半个月后,观察一氧化氮含量治疗前后的变化。结果:针刺组患者血清中NO含量有所升高,但t=-1.436,P=0.161,差异无统计学意义;而药物组NO含量有所下降;t=1.236,P=0.225。两组间比较,治疗前t=0.191,P=0.849,差异无统计学意义;治疗后t=3.005,P=0.004,差异有统计学意义。结论:针刺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果可能与提高NO含量有关,但不能完全用此途径解释。

Objective： To observe the change of serum nitrogen monoxidum（NO） in diabete peripheral neuropathy（DPN） patients which be treated by acupuncture.Methods： It is a perspective study.The DPN patients were assigned to acupuncture group and medicine group by random.All patients＇ blood glucose were controlled by medicines.The DPN of those patients in acupuncture group was treated by acupuncture;those in other group was treated by Mecobalamin.Compared the difference of NO between two groups after fifty days.Results： The content of NO after treatment in patients of acupuncture group was higher than before,but t=-1.436,P=0.161,the difference hadn＇t statistical significance.It in those of medicine group was lower,but t=1.236,P=0.225,the difference still hadn＇t statistical significance.Before treatment,the difference of the content of NO between two groups hadn＇t statistical significance,t=0.191,P=0.849.After treatment,t=3.005,P=0.004,it had statistical significance.Conclusion：The outcome of treat DPN by acupuncture may be relate with the increase of NO,but can＇t explain by it completely.
