畲药对酒精性肝病相关血清学指标和影像学的影响

The Effects of She Medicine on the Serum Index and Imaging Related to Alcoholic Liver Disease

目的:探索畲医药对酒精性肝病的疗效。方法:选择酒精性肝病96例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组用畲药验方治疗,对照组用易善复治疗,3个月后观察相关血清学指标、影像学变化及疗效情况。结果:两组治疗后比较肝功能、PT(凝血酶原时间)、MCV(红细胞平均体积)、肝纤维化(HA、PCIII、LN)、B超和CT变化情况差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组治疗后疗效差异有显著性(P<0.01),观察组均显著优于对照组。结论:提示畲医药是治疗酒精性肝病较为理想而有效的方法。

Objective： To study on the effects of She medicine on alcoholic liver disease.Methods： 96 cases with ALD were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with She medicine,and the control group was treated with Yishanfu.To investigate the relative things as serum index,imaging movement and therapeutic effect in 3 months later.Results：There were significant differences（P0.05 or P0.01） in liver function,PT,MCV,HA,PCIII,LN,B-ultrasound and CT of the treatment group and the control group.It showed significant difference in the two groups（P0.01）,and every aspect of the treatment group was better.Conclusion： She medicine is a perfect and effective way to treat alcoholic liver disease.
