摘要
目的:通过研究柿叶提取物对高血糖大鼠的血糖及肝糖原含量的影响,初步探讨柿叶的降血糖作用及其机制。方法:采用四氧嘧啶制备高血糖大鼠模型,葡萄糖氧化法测定大鼠的空腹血糖,并通过对肝脏组织匀浆糖原含量生化测定和肝脏组织糖原染色及病理评分来初步评价药物对肝糖原含量的影响。结果:与高糖模型组比较,柿叶提取物组可显著降低空腹血糖(P<0.01),明显增加肝糖原含量(P<0.01),增高糖原染色评分。结论:柿叶提取物具有显著的降血糖作用,并能增加肝糖原的含量。
Objective:To study the effects of extraction of leaves of Diospyros kaki Thunb on blood glucose and liver glucogen store of diabetic rat induced by alloxan and to evaluate the hypoglycemic activity of leaves of Diospyros kaki Thunb and the mechanism.Methods:Alloxan was injected to set animal model of diabetes.The blood samples were drawn to determine the indexes of blood glucose(FBG) and Liver glucogen store was evaluated by testing glucogen level and PAS staining after treated orall.Results:Compared with diabetic model group,the extraction of leaves of Diospyros kaki Thunb could decrease the blood glucose level(P0.01),increase liver glucogen store(P0.01)and PAS stain score.Conclusion:Extraction of leaves of Diospyros kaki Thunb could decrease blood glucose and increase liver glucogen store.
