藿芪益肾颗粒剂挥发油β-环糊精包合工艺的研究

Preparation of β-cyclodextrin Inclusion Compound of Volatile Oil in HuoqiYishen Granules

目的:优选藿芪益肾颗粒剂挥发油β-环糊精包合工艺。方法:采用正交试验法对藿芪益肾颗粒剂中挥发油β-环糊精包合方法进行了正交设计,以挥发油利用率为考察指标,确定其最佳工艺。结果:挥发油包合时挥发油:β-CD为1∶8,转速为1500r/min,包合时间为15min。结论:优选的包合工艺合理,包合率高,工艺稳定。

Objective：To optimize the condition of cyclodextrin inclusion compound of volatile oil in HuoqiYishen granules.Methiods：The inclusion rate of volatile oil were selected as control index,and orthogonal test was used to optimize the inclusion condition.Results：The optimal condition of the preparation of the inclusion compound was： volatile oil∶β-CD is 1∶8,run rate is 1500r/min,including time is 15 min.Conlusion：The optimal inclusion process by orthogonal test is stable and feasible with high inclusion rate.
