摘要
用正交设计法,以乙醇为溶剂,考察了微波功率、微波辐射时间及料液比3个因素,每个因素3个水平,选择L9(34)正交设计表,用HPLC法测定丹参中脂溶性成分丹参酮ⅡA,并以其含量作为评价指标。结果表明:在微波功率480W,微波辐射时间为10min,料液比为1∶30时丹参酮ⅡA提取率最高。与传统的乙醇回流法相比,微波10min提取1次和比采用传统乙醇加热回流60min提取3次的提取效果好。
The optimum extracting condition of Tanshinone ⅡA from Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae was studied by orthogonal test.The MAE conditions,such as the extraction solvent volume,extraction time,and the power of microwave oven,were all studied in the orthogonal test.The most Suitable condition for the extractions were as follows:the solid-liquid leaching ration was 1∶30,the extracting time 10min,and the power of microwave oven was 480W.Compared with alcohol refluxing extraction,microwave-assisted extraction is more efficient.
