摘要
目的研究大青叶中靛玉红的抗血管生成活性。方法采用斑马鱼模型和鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)模型对靛玉红抑制血管生成活性进行测定。结果10,50 mg.L-1的靛玉红能显著抑制斑马鱼胚胎体节间血管生成,抑制率为20.9%和38.4%。每个鸡蛋分别加入5,7.5和10μg靛玉红处理72 h后,CAM血管生成被显著抑制,抑制率为32.70%,41.61%和51.43%。结论靛玉红具有显著的抗血管生成活性。
OBJECTIVE To study the anti-angiogenic activity of indirubin from Folium Isatidis. METHODS Zebrafish model and chicken chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) model were used to evaluate the effect of indirubin on angiogenesis of zebrafish embryo. RESULTS Indirubin inhibited the angiogenesis of intersegmental vessels of zebrafish embryos with inhibition ratio of 20.9% and 38.4% at the concentration of 10 and 50 mg · L^-1, respectively. In chicken CAM experiment, indirubin produced 32. 70% ,41.61% and 51.43% inhibition ratio of micro vessel density at 5, 7.5 and 10 μg· egg^-1 , respectively. CONCLUSION Indirubin showed significant anti-angiogenic activities.
