摘要
为解决现有缝制设备花样格式在复杂样式缝制控制、区域局部微调与修正,以及对特种缝制应用支持等方面的不足,同时满足日益发展的缝制个性化、多样化需求,在分析和比较目前国内外主流的花样格式基础之上,研究并提出了一种新型保真花样格式PSF,进而研究了相关的多样式矢量化转换、多模式定制算法。实验结果表明,PSF能满足新型复杂花样设计与特种缝制应用需求,目前已在新型电子花样机系统与电子花样机打版软件"兰花花V2.0"中得到应用和验证。
In order to improve the disadvantages of the current sewing equipment pattern format in sewing control of complicated pattern, partial amendment and adjustment of the pattern and the support of special sewing application, at the same time to satisfy the requirement of individuation and diversification, propose an improved high- fidelity pattern format PSF based on analyzing and comparing with the current primary pattern format, and furthermore researches the correlative multi - style vectorization transformations and multi - mode customization algorithms. The experiment results show that PSF can satisfy the requirements of complex pattern design and the special sewing application. Currently, PSF has been successfully applied in new electronic pattern sewing machine and the pattern design emulation software "LanHuaHua V'2. 0".
