高速铁路代表了当今世界铁路发展的方向,也是时代发展的潮流,建立具有我国自主知识产权的高速铁路技术标准体系既是我国高速铁路基础理论研究和工程运营实践、创新的系统总结和全面提升,也是我国铁路技术走向世界的战略要求。
High-speed represent the develop direction of world railway of today, and is the tendency of the day also. It is not only summary and raise of theoretical research, construction practice, but also strategic need of Chinese railway going to the world that establish high-speed railway technology standard system with knowledge property right on one＇s own.
