摘要
根据ASN.1格式的特性,结合GSM-R话单系统的特点,提出了一种新的话单解码算法设计文件,同时根据实际需要,设计了兼容所有属性的数据库,为铁路通信系统完整信息的保存提供了技术基础。
The article gives a new algorithm to deal with MSC billing file which is coded in ASN. 1 format. It also describes the design method of database structure which is compatible with all properties and suit for storing integral data of railway communication system.
