摘要
从铁路综合视频监控系统的业务需求出发,分析了铁路视频监控系统方案的选择,提出了智能数字视频监控系统是铁路视频监控系统的发展方向。并对H.264、M-JPEG、MPEG-4几种视频压缩编码方案的优缺点进行比较,选择了适合铁路视频监控的编解码方案。
Based on the service requirements of railway comprehensive video monitoring system, this paper analyzes optional solutions of railway comprehensive video monitoring system and proposes intelligent digital solution shall be the development direction of railway comprehensive video monitoring. Furthermore, a comparison of advantages and disadvantages of several video coding modes, such as H. 264, M- JPEG, MPEG-4, were made and the best suitable modes for railway video monitoring system are chosen.
