摘要
针对停用后的产品技术状态模糊,有些质量特性很难确定的问题,提出了用模糊综合评价法确定再使用产品的质量特性,为了提高再使用产品质量特性确定的准确度,更充分利用专家的智能,对模糊综合评价法作了改进,分为两个阶段,先由权威专家确定语言值,再由普通专家在相应的模糊集内评估.案例表明改进后的方法可以有效可行地确定再使用产品质量特性.
Aiming at the problem that used products are fuzzy in technique state, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to determine quality characteristics of reusable products. In order to improve its accuracy, make fuller use of experts in intelligence, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is improved and divided into two stages. First the authority identi- fies the value, next the ordinary experts assess from the appropriate fuzzy sets. An illustrative example is studied and the results show that the improved method can effectively determine quality characteristics of reusable products.
