摘要
研究低分子肝素以及硫酸基团修饰后的低分子肝素对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的体外抑菌作用。采用琼脂扩散法测定有无抑菌活性,用2倍稀释法测定抑菌强度。结果显示,低分子肝素以及硫酸基团修饰后的低分子肝素对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均有抑菌作用,对大肠杆菌的抑菌作用比对金黄色葡萄球菌的更强。
In vitro bacteriostasis effect of low molecular weight heparin and sulfuric acid group-modified low molecular weight heparin on common pathogenic bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coil in vitro. antibacterial activity was determined by agar diffusion method, adopting twice dilution method determination bacteriostasis intensity.The result displayed:low molecular weight heparin and sulfuric acid group-modified low molecular weight heparin for Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coil have bacteriostasis.Bacteriostasis of E. coil was stronger than Staphylococcus aureus.
