摘要
用天然多糖壳聚糖和卡拉胶合成壳聚糖/卡拉胶聚电解质复合物(PEC),探讨了PEC合成过程中的反应机理,考察PEC聚电解质在不同pH缓冲溶液中的稳定性和做药物释放载体的可能性。
Chitosan/Carrageenan polyelectrolyte complex (PEC)was preparped through the reaction between natural chitosan and carrageenan. Stability in at different pH buffer solution was investigated.The drug release profiles of the PEC membrane were tested at different pH.
