野生藿香中多糖的提取与测定及抗氧化活性研究 被引量:27

摘要 对野生藿香中的多糖进行提取,利用苯酚硫酸法测定藿香中多糖的含量,设计正交实验探讨藿香多糖提取的最佳条件,对野生藿香粉末在Soxhelt提取器里用有机溶剂回流提取之后,再用质量分数为1.5%的碳酸钠溶液作为介质,在85℃时浸提30min,可使藿香中多糖的提取率达到极大值。利用纸色谱法分析藿香多糖的单糖组成,结果表明,藿香多糖中的单糖主要是葡萄糖和半乳糖,有少量的果糖和甘露糖。藿香多糖具有抗氧化活性,对Fenton反应产生的.OH具有明显地清除作用。 The content of polysaccharide obtained from wild Agastache rugosa was determined by using phenol hydrate-sulphuric acid, and the optimum extractive technique was tested by orthogonal experiments. The experiments showed that the polysaccharide from Agastache rugosa could be extracted to reach the best concentration when a solution of 1.5% sodium carbonate at 85℃ and 30min were used to treat samples after recycling the powder in Soxhelt with organic menstruum.On the base of paper chromatography,monosaccharide constituents of the polysaccharide were analyzed, the result showed that the polysaccharide mainly contained glucose and galactose, and a little of fructose and seminose. The polysaccharide had obvious action to anti-oxidation activities of scavenging effect for · OH produced by Fenton reaction.
