摘要
枸杞叶含有蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素、微量元素、黄酮类化合物、生物碱、萜类化合物等多种营养成分和活性物质,具有广泛的生物学活性,在食品添加剂、配料以及功能性食品领域具有较大的开发潜力和广阔的市场前景。目前枸杞叶的开发利用局限于枸杞叶茶和枸杞叶菜,深加工技术十分落后。拓展枸杞叶产品开发思路,加强对枸杞叶提取物的开发利用,具有一定的现实意义。
Lycium leaves contain a wide variety of nutriments and active components,such as protein,amino acid, vitamin, microelement, fiavonoid, alkaloid and terpenoid. Some of these bioactive substances with important pharmacological activities showed great potential for becoming food additives, ingredients and functional food.So far Lycium leaves were mainly used to produce tea and vegetable, and their deep processing were lagging far behind.Research and development of extract and other novel products of Lycium leaves were important.
