摘要 综述了最近报道的关于应用色谱法检测食品中性激素多组分残留的分析方法。首先对性激素作简短的介绍,然后着重概述了性激素多组分残留的分析方法,包括样品的提取、纯化和各种不同的检测方法,并对各种不同的分析方法进行详细阐述。最后总结了性激素多组分残留检测方法的发展趋势。 This paper reviewed recently published multi-residue chromatographic methods for the determination of steroid hormones in food.After a brief introduction on steroid hormones, an overview emphasized on multi-residue analytical methods with detail explication, covering sample extraction and purification as well as chromatographic separation and different detection methods, being in use for the determination of steroid hormones. Finally, the development trends of multi- residue detection methods for the determination of steroid hormones were summarized.
