摘要
研发了一种具有自主知识产权的AE表面活性剂、SP表面活性剂、AT表面活性剂组成的破乳剂,现场应用后,在加量为75 mg/L时,分离出的原油含水小于0.2%,脱出污水含油小于150 mg/L,达到了外输优质原油标准。
A new demulsifying agent, with independent intellectual property, containing components of AE surfactant, SP surfactant and AT surfactant is developed. In field application, dehydrated oil carries water tess than 0.2 percent and removed water contains oil less than 150mg/L based on 75mg per liter of demulsifying agent dosage, which meets standard for high quality crude.
