中国流动人口生存发展状况报告--基于重点地区流动人口监测试点调查

Current Living Situation of Migrant Population in China——A Pilot Survey of Migrant Population in Five Major Cities

改革开放30年来,人口流动规模持续增加,对我国社会经济的持续发展起到了重要作用。为全面了解我国流动人口生存状况、准确把握流动人口发展规律和趋势,不断加强流动人口服务管理,引导人口有序流动、合理分布,国家人口计生委于2009年7月启动了重点地区流动人口监测试点调查,本次调查立足流入地,在北京、上海、深圳、成都、太原获得21771户流动人口家庭、47461名流动人口的相关信息。本文基于该次调查的原始数据,分析总结了目前我国流动人口在流入地生活居住、劳动就业、公共服务、社会保障等方面的现状以及存在的问题,并提出相关政策建议。

The past 30 years have witnessed a rapid increase of migrating population, which contributed much to the significant socioeconomic development in China. Therefore, it is necessary to set up a monitoring system to col lect the basic information of miarating pop ulation regularly to support the related research and policy decisions effectively and correctively. As a preliminary but serious attempt, The National Population and Family Planning Commission launched a pilot survey on Miarating Population in five major cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Taiyuan in duly, 2009. This survey gor information of 21771 migrant＇s families and 47461 individual miarants. Based on this data set, this paper first describes the features of l iving, employment, public service participation, social security intearation of the miarating population, and then discusses several problems which need to be solved to improve the Iiving situation of miarating population in China.
