摘要
以ARM芯片AT91SAM7S64为核心构成的单纱强力机控制器的软硬件设计方法。AT91SAM7S64的PWM单元控制交流伺服驱动器驱动交流伺服电机实现纱线拉伸。采用高精度ADC采集纱线的拉力数据,内置的定时/计数器实时测试记录各种纱线的拉伸长度和断裂时间。文中对控制器硬件结构、软件流程作了较为详尽的阐述。经测试表明该控制器具有精确度高、性能稳定、成本低等优点。
In this paper, the design of automatic single - yarn strength tester controller using AT91SAM7S64 is introduced. The PWM unit of AT91SAM7S64 controls the AC servo driver, which drives the AC servo motor to realize the stretch of yarn. A high precision ADC is adopted to gather the data of the stretch of yarn. The inner timers measure and record length of stretch and separation time sim- uhaneously. The hardware structure of the controller and the software flow are descripted in detail. It' s proved the controller has the characteristic of high accuracy, reliable performance and low cost.
