Low Carbon Development,a Way to Cope with Climate Changes

针对全球近百年来气候变化的趋势及其给人类带来的严峻挑战,在深入分析造成气候变暖的原因和我国工业化进程中面临的资源与环境问题的基础上,阐述了依靠科技进步推进节能减排,大力发展低碳经济的应对战略,并对节能减排,发展可再生能源和核能提出了指导意见。

This paper aiming at the global climate changes and challenges in front of mankind in the last hundred years, analyzed in depth the factors led to the global warming, the resource utilization and their environmental impact because of the industrializations in China. It offered relying on science and technology for solutions a strategy to energy saving, emission reduction and low carbon economic development. It also provided guidance to energy saving,emission reduction and renewable energy and nuclear energy development.
