摘要
以2006年浙江省第二次农业普查资料为基础,总结了新时期浙江省农户生产经营行为的基本特征,分析了不同地区、不同规模度农户生产经营行为和经营结构的差异性,以及农村劳动力文化素质对农户经营行为和结构的影响,指出了当前全省农户生产经营行为与结构优化转变所面临的主要问题,并提出了相关的政策措施和建议。
On the basis of the second of agricultural survey data on Zhejiang province,this article summarized the essential features of peasant household production management act in the new period,analysed the difference of peasant household production management act and structure about the different region and different scale,and the influence of the rural labour cultural quality to peasant household production management act and structure. This article also pointed out the main question of being confronted with peasant household production management act transition and structure optimization ,proposed some policy measure and suggestion in addition.
