摘要
分析产业损害指标间的内在关联性与建立产业损害指标体系是评估产业损害幅度以及对反补贴立案调查是否做出肯定性裁决的重要基础性研究工作。本文首先分析了中国入世以后美国反补贴立案的趋势,然后利用相关案件数据,引入系统聚类与因子分析组合分析法,对指标体系进行计量分析,对关联指标进行分类、降维与合并,并在此基础上分析补贴幅度对各类指标的实际影响,从而为我国产业损害研究和反补贴立案实践提供理论依据。
To analyze the internal relationship existing in industry injury indexes and construct industry injury index system is an important and fundamental research work to evaluate industry injury margin and whether to confirm or terminate countervailing filing investigation. This paper which firstly analyzes the trend of countervailing filing investigation of America uses related files＇ data and the methods of hierarchical cluster and factor analysis to research index system econometrieally, classifies and reduces dimensions about the related indexes, and analyzes the actual influence of subsidy margin on indexes, so as to provide the theoretical basis for industry injury research and our countervailing filing practices.
