摘要
集群创新过程是知识在集群内部创造、储存、转移和应用的过程,持续的技术创新和知识扩散不断推动着集群的发展。2005年以来,我国风电产业获得迅速发展,一大批风电企业纷纷在部分区域集中出现,逐渐呈现出集群创新发展的特征。本文以我国风电发展历程为依据,分析风电集群创新的主要动力,采用包含21家风电机组制造企业2006~2008年生产信息和行业集中信息的面板数据来估计集群创新中技术创新与知识扩散对风电企业产出的影响能力,并比较了知识扩散的影响在不同性质企业之间的差异,进而提出相关政策建议。
The process of cluster innovation is the creation, storage, migration and application of knowledge in cluster, continuous technological innovation and knowledge diffusion promotes the development of cluster. Since 2005, the wind power industry in our country has developed rapidly, a great number of the wind power enterprises established mainly in some places. This paper analyzed the main driver of innovation in wind power industrial cluster based on the development of wind power industry in China, calculated the impacts of technical innovation and knowledge diffusion to wind power enterprises by using panel data of 21 wind turbine enterprises from 2006 to 2008 which includes both production information and industry information. Then it compared the differences of influence among different kinds of enterprises, and put forward some relevant suggestions.
