摘要
本文通过对城市主要劳动力市场中144名高校毕业生的就业选择、职业流动和职业成功的有关数据收集和处理,发现在我国城市主要劳动力市场里,就业选择、职业流动对高校毕业生的职业成功产生明显的影响,与美国等发达国家相比,我国高校毕业生受到的影响更为显著。就其根源来说,主要在于我国城市主要劳动力市场不成熟和组织管理缺乏规范化所带来的职业流动风险过大,以及劳动力市场分割带来不同就业选择的职业管理差异。它表明,高校毕业生职业成功不仅与自身有关,也与个体所处的环境和制度密切相关,反映了我国劳动力市场存在严重缺陷和管理缺乏规范化。
144 college graduates data about their job choices, turnovers and career successes in cities were collected, and it is discovered that a graduate career success is related with his job choice and turnover except his characters, which is more distinct than American. The reason is that labor market juvenility and un-standard administration of organization in China bring more turnover risk to college graduates, and labor market division leads to career management differences because of their different job choices. The results tell us a graduate success needs a good environment except his characters, and there is a flaw in labor market and administration in China.
