银屑病患者皮纹学研究

A study of dermatoglyphics of psoriatic patients

为了探索银屑病患者手的皮纹学变化，采用印记法对180例银屑病病人和对照组手的皮纹学进行了研究。结果表明，斗型花纹在男性患者第3指和女性病人双手第5指是增加的，两性患者手指中节弓型花纹减少，真实花纹在男性患者右手Th／I1、女性右手Hy和两性右手I4增加，在两性患者总指嵴纹计数和绝对嵴纹计数增加。

In order to explore the dermatoglyphic changes of hands in psoriatic patients we studied dermatoglyphies of hands of 180 psoriatic patients and controls by a printing method.The results showed that the whorl pattern is increased on the third finger of male patient and on the fifth finger of two hands of famale patient. The arched pattern is decreased in the second phalanges. True pattern is increased in Th/I1 of right hand of male patient and in Hy of right hands of famale patient and in I4 of right hand of the both sexes. Total finger ridge count and absolute finger ridge count are increased in both male and female patients.
