维甲酸类药物治疗顽固性扁平疣

Retinoids for treatment of obstinate plane warts

同时应用口服13-顺式维甲酸（泰尔丝），外用全反式维甲酸（维特明凝胶）治疗34例顽固性扁平疣患者；经8周治疗，总有效率达94．1％，其中痊愈率达67．6％。本方法起效快（3天），疗效确切，副作用较轻。

Thirty four patients with obstinate plane warts were treated with oral isotretinoin and topical tretinoin. For 8 weeks treatment, rates of general efficacy was 94. 1%, but 67. 6% of patients were completely clear of plane warts. The results showed tha method was repid, effective and safe.
