摘要
通过对湖南省农业植物新品种保护现状调查问卷的分析,深入探讨了影响湖南省品种权申请的因素及授权品种的开发推广等问题,并就如何加强我国品种权保护工作提出了建议。
After analyzing the questionnaires of Plant Variety Protection （PVP） in Hunan Province, the problems were discussed deeply that influencing factors of plant variety right application and popularization of authorized plant varieties. Then, some advices about how to promote PVP in China were proposed.
