摘要
以不同花色(白色、红色、粉红色)木芙蓉品种为试材,进行了特征显色反应和紫外-可见光谱扫描分析。结果显示:木芙蓉不同花色的色素由类黄酮和类胡萝卜素两大类组成,不含有查尔酮、噢哢、橙酮等;白色花仅含有黄酮类化合物,红色和粉红色花主要由花色素苷和黄酮类化合物组成。
The different flower colors (white, red and pink) Hibiscus mutabilis cuhivars were taken as experimental materials, and the specific color reactions and UV-visible spectra scanning were performed. The results indicated that flower pigments in different flower color Hibiscus mutabilis mainly consist of flavonoid and carotenoid, excluding chalcone, aurone, and catcehin, etc.; white flower Hibiscus mutabilis only contains flavonoid compounds; red and pink flower Hibiscus mutabilis mainly consist of anthocyanin and flavonoid compounds.
