摘要
在界定城市土地集约利用内涵的基础上,结合长沙市芙蓉区城市土地利用的各项指标数据,确定相应的评价指标体系,应用层次分析法得出评价指标的权重,对原始资料数据进行无量纲化处理,采用相适应的评价模型,最终得出芙蓉区的土地集约利用评价结果,并对评价结果进行了较为详细的分析。
Based on the defining connotation of intensive utilization of urban land, and then combined with each indices and data of urban land utilization in Furong District of Changsha City, the related evaluating index system was established. Then, using analytic hierarchy process to obtain the weight of each evaluating indices, using dimensionless method to treat the original data and using suited evaluating model, the evaluating results of land intensive utilization in Furong District were obtained in the end, and a detailed analysis was conducted to these results.
