摘要
将密集式三层烤烟房改造成四层,对四层密集烤房烟叶烘烤过程的温度与烟叶变化进行了研究。结果表明,与三层密集烤房相比,四层密集烤房装烟量增加了33.9%,烤房内整体温度更均衡,烟叶变化更趋于一致,节煤率达28.1%,每公斤干烟耗能成本下降29.0%,对提高上部烟叶烘烤质量和改善烤房性能具有积极意义和推广应用价值。
The three layers bulk curing barn was reconstructed to four layers, and then the changes of temperature and tobacco leaves during the process of tobacco baking in four layers bulk curing barn were studied. The results indicated that compared with the three layers bulk curing barn, the amount of loading tobacco in four layers bulk curing barn increased by 33.9%, the changes of temperature and tobacco leaves had the tendency of consistency, the rate of coalsaving reached 28.1%, the cost of energy consumption reduced by 29%, which has a positive significance and the value of promotion and application for improving the baking quality of upper leaves and improving the performance of bulk curing barn.
