摘要
本文以我国科技管理领域10本重要期刊1994~2006年合著论文为载体,以复杂网络分析理论为指导,以社会网络分析软件Pajek为工具,构建科技管理领域的科技合作网络,并对合作网络中的最大连通子网络进行抽取,绘制出各个时间段的最大连通子图,计算出合作网络的各个属性参数,通过对合作网络整体属性分析与个体属性分析,揭示出我国科技管理领域合作网络的演化过程、演化动力、网络的结构变化及网络中不同科技人员在网络中所起到的不同作用,为科技管理领域人才评价及科技政策制定提供一定的参考价值。
This paper using co-author dissertations from ten important journals of Chinese science and technology management field from 1994 to 2006 as the carrier, under the guidance of complex network analysis theory, taking Pajek which is social network analysis software as a tool, we build the science and technology collaboration network of science and technology management field, extract maximal connected subnet from the collaboration network, draw the maximal connected subgraph of every time period , figure out the attribute properties of the collaboration network. Based on the analysis of whole attribute and individual attribute of collaboration network, this paper reveals the different functions of evolution process, evolutionary dynamic and the change of network structure in Chinese Science and Technology Management field' s collaboration network and the different roles the scientific and technical personnel played in this network. Provide certain reference value for the making of science and technology policy and for talent appraisal in Science and Technology Management field.
