Study on Industrial Tracking Roadmap as Used in Competitive Intelligence

为解决竞争情报采集环节，如何长期跟踪、如何有效跟踪、如何判别真伪、如何发现突变（情报）等问题，提出了产业跟踪路线图的概念。首先从产业跟踪路线图的定义、作用与意义人手，论述了产业跟踪路线图主要由产业跟踪导引图、产业跟踪基本要素表和产业跟踪路线图三个部分构成。然后就产业跟踪路线图展开了实证研究，并提出了产业跟踪路线图的制定流程。最后从产业跟踪路线图的制定原则，以及其与产业技术路线图的联系与区别和研究体会等方面对该项研究进行了总结。

To resolve several problems during the process of gathering information, that how to track the industry information continually and effectively, how to distinguish fact from truth, how to find a sudden change and so on, the article presents the concept of industrial track roadmap. Starting with the roadmap＇ s definition, function and signification, this article discusses that the roadmap mainly consists of the industrial track guiding map, the industrial track basic element table and the industrial track roadmap. Then the article carries out the empirical research on the roadmap and introduces the made flow of it. At last, the article makes a summary in terms of the formulation principles of the roadmap, the similarities and differences between industrial technology roadmap and industrial track roadmap , and the valuable experience during the research and so on.
