山东省乡村医生结核病防治报酬现状分析

Analysis of reward for village doctors engaged in tuberculosis control in Shandong province

目的了解村医生结核病防治报酬现状及评价。方法采用多阶段整群分层随机抽样方法选取山东省1 824名乡村医生为调查对象,使用自制调查问卷进行面对面调查方式。结果2006年至今,平均每名乡村医生领到每例病人报病奖13.50元和督导管理费为27.02元。14.9%的村医生对现行激励政策感到不满意;有19.6%的村医生认为目前报病奖标准较低,有18.8%的乡村医生认为目前督导管理费标准较低。56.7%的乡村医生认为应按工作量支付报酬。结论乡村医生的实际报酬远低于医生预期报酬标准,乡村医生预期报酬与实际报酬以及国家规定报酬差距均较大,乡村医生结核病防治报酬较低。

Objective To learn and evaluate the status of reward for village doctors engaged in tuberculosis control. Methods The sample was randomly chosen with cluster-based sampling method and the subjects were interviewed with a self-made questionnaire. Results Village doctors received averagely supervision awards of 13.50 Yuan and management awards of 27. 02 Yuan for management of one tuberculosis patient from 2006.14. 9 percent of the village doctors reported dissatisfaction with the incentive policy. 19. 6% percent of the village doctors considered that the supervision reward was low,and 18.8% considered that the management reward was low. 56. 7 percent of the village doctors considered that they should be paid according to their workload. Contusion Village doctors＇ actual reward is much lower than the expected. Village doctors＇ reward expected is far from actual reward and the reward by the state. The reward level for village doctors angaged in tuberculosis control is low.
