脂蛋白脂酶D8S282等位基因与缺血性脑卒中关系

Lipoprotein lipase gene D8S282 is associated with development of ischemic stroke

目的探讨脂蛋白脂酶基因D8S282多态性与缺血性脑卒中关系。方法采用1∶1配比病例对照研究设计,选择广东省深圳市2家综合性医院经核磁共振或者CT确诊的缺血性脑卒中病例361例,同时选择年龄、性别匹配的对照361名健康者作为对照组;采用Beckman遗传分析仪检测其变异,多因素Logistic回归估计其危险度及95%CI。结果在病例组和对照组脂蛋白脂酶基因的D8S282位点19个GT重复等位基因在对照组中46名,占6.37%,高于病例组23例,占3.19%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005);进一步调整混杂危险因素,19个GT重复仍然是缺血性脑卒中的保护因素,OR=0.538。结论脂蛋白脂酶D8S282等位基因与缺血性脑卒中的发病相关。

Objective To investigate the relationship between lipoprotein lipase gene D8S282 variation and the occurrence of ischemic stroke. Methods The study subjects （n =361 ） were Han Chinese from Guandong,China. The controls were matched to cases by sex and 5-year age group. D8S282 variation was detected with Beckman CEQ8800. Multivariable unconditional logistic regression was used to calculate odd ratios （OR） and 95% confidence intervals（CI） for the association between D8S282 polymorphisms and ischemic stroke. Results D8S282 19 GT repeats allele was more frequently expressed in controls （6.37%） than in the patients （3. 19% ） with a significant association after adjustment for conventional risk factors（ OR =0. 538）. Conclusion Lipoprotein lipase gene D8S282 may be associated with the development of ischemic stroke.
