摘要
为探讨钬激光（Ｈｏｌｍｉｕｍ：ＹＡＧ）在胃石治疗中的应用价值及钬激光碎石的具体操作技术要领，１９９３年１１月至１９９８年１月对１０８例胃石症患者进行了胃镜下钬激光碎石治疗。结果全部患者均获得治愈，未发生任何并发症。结果提示经胃镜钬激光碎石术是治疗胃石的一种安全。
Endoscopic lithotripsy with the Holmium:YAG laser was attempted to treat gastric bezoars in 108 patients with a history of 1～36 months. The sizes of bezoars varied from 3～12cm in diameter. The whole series was cured with the Holimum laser,while treatment needed for cure depended on the size,once being sufficient in 62 ,twice in 41 and thrice in 5. No complication was noted, indicating that this therapy is safe and effective for gastric bezoar.
