骨髓移植患者的HLA分型研究

Study of HLA typing in bone marrow transplantation

目的探讨ＨＬＡ位点与移植物存活的关系。方法应用微量淋巴细胞毒试验方法对３例骨髓移植患者及其家庭成员（骨髓供者）共１２例血液进行了ＨＬＡ分型研究。结果１例患者两条ＨＬＡ单倍型与其家庭成员供者相同，并移植成功；另一例患者的ＨＬＡ型仅与其供者Ａ、Ｂ两位点相同，ＤＲ位点可疑，最终移植失败；第３例患者ＨＬＡ－Ａ、Ｂ、ＤＲ位点与其供者无任何相同，未行移植。结论在骨髓移植中，供、受者双方ＨＬＡ单倍型完全相同，特别是ＤＲ位点相同时，移植极易获得成功。

Objective To study the correlation between the HLA sites and the successful transplantation. Method HLA typing in 3 cases of bone marrow receivers and their family donators were studied by microcytotoxicity assay. Results\ Those two HLA haplotypes are identical with her donators had a successful transplantation, while the one whose HLA only identical in A,B sites with his donators had a unsuccessful transplantation. Conelusion\ The two identical HLA haplotypes including DR site between receiver and donator are very important in a successful bone marrow transplantation.
