摘要
详述了用PLC的高速计数和高速脉冲输出指令PTO/PWM基本指令实现自动运动定位的控制。系统采用PLC的PTO输出直接驱动步进电机驱动器、增量型旋转编码器和导螺杆机构形成闭环控制系统。此类自动运动定位控制在没有采用伺服控制系统及数控系统的情况下,仅用小型PLC作控制主机,能保证一定的定位精度、较高的运行速率和较大移动距离,最多能实现两轴运动定位的自动运动定位控制。该方法可大大降低自动运动定位应用门槛,对大幅提高自动定位应用面具有十分重要的意义。
The PLC high-speed counting and high-speed pulse output PTO/PWM basic instructions for automatic positioning control is introduced in details. This system uses the PLC PTO output directly drive stepper motor drives, incremental rotary encoder and screw body, and the closed-loop control system is formed. The system only uses the PLC can achieve that the positioning accuracy at 0.5μm, higher operating rates and greater motion distance , and can achieve the largest two-axis movement automatic positioning control under the condition of no using servo control system and the numerical control system. This method can greatly reduce the application doorsill of automatic motion location-control, and have great significance to substantial increase the applications occasion.
