摘要 混凝土搅拌站物料称量系统是整个混凝土搅拌站的核心部分,它的精度直接决定了搅拌混凝土的质量,而称量计量的主要难点在于实现各种物料流量的快速过渡和稳定,本文提出的积分分离式PID控制,算法简单、鲁棒性好、可靠性高,能显著降低超调量,对提高混凝土的搅拌质量具有重要作用。 Material Weighing Precision System, as the core, takes the most important role in Concrete Mixing Station. Its precision deter- mines directly the products' quality. And the main difficulties of the weighing measurement are on the rapid transition and stabilization of the implementation of various kinds of material flows. Aiming at how to implement the Materiat Weighing Precision System, this paper puts forward the integration separation PID control, a new method which is necessary and useful for improving the quality of concrete mixing, and is easy for computing and with good Robust and high reliability that can reduce markedly the Overshoot.
