某电源车双频机组电性能综合测试仪设计

摘要 由于目前部队所装备的某电源车没有机组参数检测设备,为了保证车内的双频发电机组经过大修以后能够满足出厂要求,研制了电源车双频机组电性能综合测试仪。该测试仪采用智能检测技术,可以对双频机组的电性能参数进行高精度、高速度智能测试和波形分析。实际应用表明该测试仪的自动化程度高,测试精度高,准确度高,能满足各项指标要求,具有广阔的应用前景和发展潜力。论文介绍了该测试仪的主要功能、战术技术指标、组成及工作原理。 Because the army has not any parameter examining and testing equipments of certain power supply vehicle at the present time, in order to be sure that the double frequency generator set in vehicle could meet the factory's needs after heavy repair, an electricity performance synthetical testing apparatus of double frequency generator set in power supply vehicle was developed. The testing apparatus, with intelligence examining and testing technology, could test electricity performance parameters of the set and ana- lyze their waves with high precision and speed. The practical applications indicate that the testing apparatus has a high level of au- tomatization, testing precision and veracity, it also can satisfy all requirements of every index. So the testing apparatus has wide ap- plication foreground and development potential. It was depicted the main functions, tactics technology indexes, composing and working principle of the testing apparatus in this paper.
