摘要
本文提出了基于流速辨识的模糊自适应技术精准控制的算法,同时将单摆模型数学算法应用于实际生产,从而有效的解决了单个电解槽出铝过程中的磁场、热场和应力场影响,从而大大提高了出铝的计量精度。通过多次生产实验均表明本文所采用的方法切实可行且安全有效,进一步研究可以和目前国家正在推广的三度寻优系统一起共同实现企业的节能减排的自动化。
This paper bring forward a fuzzy adaptive precision control technology algorithm based on the flow identification in indus- try, while it make simple pendulum model of mathematical algorithms applied to actual production. Thus it effectively solved a single cell out of aluminum in the process of magnetic field, thermal field and the impact of stress field. It greatly improved the measure- ment accuracy of the aluminum. Through a number of production experiments, it show that the method used in this article is practi- cable, safe and effective, further research together with three degrees optimization systems that currently the country promoting can implement the automation of enterprise energy-saving emission reduction.
