摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定诃子五味胶囊中没食子酸含量的方法。方法:采用Shim-pack VP-ODS C_(18)(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,以甲醇:0.05%磷酸(4:96)为流动相,检测波长:270 nm,流速1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:没食子酸在18.9 ng~151.2 ng范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 8,平均加样回收率为101.0%。结论:本方法操作简便,方法可靠,结果准确、灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of gallic acid in keizi wuwei capsules. Method: A Shim- pack VP-ODS Cl8 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was methanol:0. 05% phosphoric acid (4: 96), the detecting wavelength was at 270 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml.min-1. Result: The linear range of gallic acid was within the range of 18. 9-151.2 ng. r = 0. 999 8, the average recovery was 101.0%. Conclusion: This method has good repeatability, flexibility and high sensitivity. It can be used for quality control of keizi wuwei capsules.
